To process your request correctly, please complete our warranty form. Make sure to upload a photo of the affected item and include your order number (you can find this in the confirmation email you received after placing your order).

Once you have submitted the form, our team will get back to you by email to discuss the next steps.

Please note: Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or insufficient care is not covered by the warranty. In such cases, we will gladly check whether a repair is possible for a service fee.
