If you would like to return an item purchased from our online shop, please note the following points to ensure that the return is processed correctly.

• Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in perfect original condition with all tags (if applicable) attached. If these conditions are met, the payment will be refunded.

• Damaged or worn items cannot be accepted.

• If a return does not meet the conditions, we reserve the right to reject it. In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

To register your return, please use our online form. After registration, you will receive an email from us. Important: please also check your spam folder. Print this email and include it in your return package.
