Shipping

• Deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are handled by Swiss Post. Special conditions apply to international deliveries (see below).

• Orders can also be collected in person by prior telephone appointment. In this case, no shipping costs apply.

Shipping Costs (Switzerland and Liechtenstein)

• Orders are sent by B-Post as standard.

• Packaging and shipping fee for orders up to CHF 500: CHF 10.50

• For orders over CHF 500, shipping is free of charge.

International Deliveries (outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein)

  • For deliveries to EU countries, no VAT is charged. Goods are shipped with customs declaration. The same applies to deliveries outside the EU. Depending on the destination country, customs duties and import taxes may apply. Payment of these duties and taxes is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Packaging and shipping fees:

    • EU countries: CHF 36

    • other countries: CHF 50
